The EMPOWERED- Fit With Grace Coaching Program has 3 components that are critical for long term success. This involves specific:

In this program, these three components work together in a way you have never experienced. I have combined my SET Training Method with a Flexible Food Strategy that provides results without having to spend hours in the gym or always counting calories. Then, we come together each week as a group to coach through any obstacles that come up - which is totally normal by the way! 

Not a "group" person? NO WORRIES.

Replays are sent out so you can watch the coaching and apply it to your life for immediate transformation. Then on Sundays we have our unique 1 on 1 check in system where you answer a few questions and I coach direct through voice messenger on specific hang ups. That way we can "fail forward" together, making a game plan that works for you. Because obstacles are inevitable. But so is your success if committing to the process.

With support, and guidance, you begin to recognize the power within you all along. Walking in that healthy identity you desire, becomes who you are, just part of the day. Without making any of it a problem.

With over 20 years of experience as a trainer, busy mom of 8 kids, and business owner, I have a unique perspective on the pulse of what WORKS, and what does NOT work.

During the past few years my diet spiraled causing me to jump from one fad diet to the next hoping for instant results, which ultimately ended in feelings of failure. In January 2022, I reached out to Tabitha again after success together in the past! I was ready to get results again. Her daily feedback has kept me going. She has taken me from a place of shame and guilt to a place of pride. I have begun to erase my black and white thinking. I am learning that it is ok to be imperfectly consistent.
