As a culmination of our transformation journey, we invite you to join us for the Lowell Riverwalk 5k on July 13th, 2024, or just participate virtually! The funds raised through the 5k event will be dedicated to providing much-needed assistance for essentials like food, school fees, and building projects to widows and orphans in Swaziland, Africa.

This is during the popular Riverwalk Festival in downtown Lowell so come experience a fun team event together! After the race, we may do a short training/ yoga session, followed by coffee or lunch with a group of like minded, empowered women!

During the past few years my diet spiraled causing me to jump from one fad diet to the next hoping for instant results, which ultimately ended in feelings of failure. In January 2022, I reached out to Tabitha again after success together in the past! I was ready to get results again. Her daily feedback has kept me going.
